In what subjects do you offer tutoring?
TutorVille offers tutoring in all academic areas, standardized testing, and study skills. We also have a reading specialist on staff, offer a Math/Science cooking class, a technology workshop, art lessons, drama classes, bar/bat mitzvah training, etc. TutorVille has it ALL!

What age levels do you tutor?
TutorVille begins at age 2 - through college level students.

Where do I meet my tutor?
Our company caters to the convenience of our clients; we meet you in your home. If you prefer to meet somewhere other than your home, you have the option of meeting your tutor in a public location.

How long are the tutoring sessions?
TutorVille has a one-hour minimum policy. If the session lasts longer than an hour, the session will be rounded to the nearest half hour. On average, sessions last between one and two hours.

How do I set up a tutoring session?
Please fill out the form on our “Contact Us” page, and we will contact you to set up your first tutoring session.

What happens if my tutor is not a good fit?
If for any reason you are not pleased with your tutor, please contact TutorVille and we will pair you with a new tutor.

What is the price of a tutoring session?

How am I billed?
There is a one time $25 start up and processing fee.
All invoiced sessions will be invoiced bi-weekly and will be due on the 1st and the 15th.  Payments may be made by check to: TutorVille, LLC [1431 Wirt Road, Suite 121, Houston, Texas 77055].  If payment is not received within 3 days after the due date, a late fee will be assessed for each day that such payment is late beyond the original due date.  (No late fee will be assessed during the 3-day grace period, but beginning on the 4th day, the late fee will be $20 and $5 each day thereafter.) Please do not pay your tutor directly, our office processes all payments.

What if I need to cancel a scheduled session?
If a client must cancel a tutoring session, if TutorVille does not receive notice of such cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, then the client must pay for that tutoring session.  If the student is late to the pre-determined location for the tutoring session, the student will only be tutored for the remainder of the scheduled tutoring session.  There will be no prolonged sessions.  If the student is late by more than 15 minutes, the session is deemed cancelled by the client.
